Kayaking in Virginia along this island is so cool... See lots of Wild Ponies and more... The kayaking tour is great. See the ponies in their natural environment. They have their foals mostly from April - Sept. Over 300 wild ponies live along the 37 mile island which is protected by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Park Service.
